TheGlobal Head of Operationsis a transformative leader accountable for designing and executing the global operations strategy across Anderson-Negele's three manufacturing sites (Spartanburg, SC; Fultonville, NY; and Egg, Germany). This individual will scale and optimize global operations, integrate advanced technologies, and elevate organizational capability to position Anderson-Negele as the benchmark for operational excellence within Ralliant and across the broader industry.As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Global Head of Operations will not only ensure delivery of today's performance but also architect the operations model of the future. This role requires a visionary with deep Lean and RBS (Ralliant Business Systems) expertise, a passion for developing talent, and a proven record of driving global transformation in complex, matrixed environments. As a "leader of leaders," the Global Head of Operations will oversee 140+ employees, including production, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipSet the global Operations strategy to deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.Partner with the President and leadership team to align operations priorities with business strategy, including capacity expansion, supply chain resilience, and sustainability.Lead global footprint optimization and strategic sourcing to enhance competitiveness.Operational ExcellenceChampion Lean Manufacturing and the Ralliant Business System (RBS) to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.Ensure world-class operational KPIs across all sites, with clear accountability and cadence for review and improvement.Build a digital operations strategy leveraging automation, Industry 4.0, and data analytics for smarter, faster decision-making.Talent & CultureLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global team of operations leaders.Foster a culture of continuous learning, problem-solving, and ownership across all levels.Partner with HR to strengthen workforce engagement, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.Business & Customer ImpactEnsure customer needs are consistently met through reliable, scalable, and cost-effective operations.Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to accelerate new product introductions (NPIs) and sustainment activities.Proactively manage risks across supply chain, compliance, and regulatory landscapes.QualificationsRequired:10+ years of progressive manufacturing and/or operations leadership with global scope.Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Ralliant Business Systems (or equivalent).Proven success driving operational transformation and scaling performance in complex, multi-site operations.Strong experience in Quality Systems; ISO 9001 and regulatory knowledge.Track record of building high-engagement, high-performance cultures and leading through organizational change.Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence.Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a related technical field.Preferred:Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline).Experience managing >$100M in operating budgets and capital projects.Demonstrated ability to deploy automation, advanced manufacturing, and digital technologies.Broad cross-functional experience (manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, production).Ralliant Corporation OverviewRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
