Western Plastics, Inc. manufactures a variety of foodservice films and foils, as well as a comprehensive line of industrial pallet stretch wraps in hand and machine rolls. Our products include PVC cling film, aluminum foil rolls and sheets, disposable foil containers, and various industrial films such as clear, opaque, colored, and printed stretch films. We also provide specialty films such as static dissipative films, UV-resistant films, and vented pallet wrap. Located in Calhoun, GA, we focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Calhoun, GA. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and resolving any customer issues. The role requires maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the interaction process.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in managing Customer Experience and working with Customer Service Representatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Calhoun, GA
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial products sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are preferred
