Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to foster interest and trust
  • Present compelling product and service offerings, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client records, and manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies for lead nurturing
  • Qualify leads through effective communication, ensuring alignment with business development goals
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally during calls

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and telemarketing environments
  • Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, and CRM software like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
  • Familiarity with inside sales strategies, marketing techniques, and warm calling approaches
  • Customer service orientation combined with proactive business development capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
