We're looking for a highly skilled Window Tinter & PPF Lead who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a shop that continues to elevate the standard in automotive protection.

Position Summary

As the Window Tinter & PPF Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing high-quality window tint installations
  • Leading all paint protection film (PPF) installations
  • Maintaining quality control and ensuring consistent, precise work
  • Training and mentoring junior installers as the team grows
  • Helping manage workflow, shop organization, and daily operations
  • Collaborating with the team to create a smooth, efficient customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply window tint (automotive) with precision and cleanliness
  • Install PPF (full front, partial front, full body) using industry-standard techniques
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate with the shop manager on timelines and job status
  • Ensure each vehicle meets Auto Spa 360's quality standards
  • Help with quality checks, prepping, and other shop duties as needed
  • Being a team player and willing to lend a hand anywhere in the company.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive window tinting
  • 3+ years of experience with PPF installation
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality

Preferred:

  • Experience installing color PPF or advanced films
  • Experience with ceramic coatings
  • Comfort working in a customer-facing environment if needed

Pay: $53, $102,000.00 per year
