Burgess is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator*
to support our growing team. This role is responsible for producing and delivering high-quality marketing content, managing digital and print campaigns, and coordinating events that enhance our brand presence and support our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials for various platforms.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent with company strategies and sales goals.
  • Manage content and engagement across social media channels.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns and mass mailings.
  • Design brochures and sales tools to support business development.
  • Support public relations initiatives to promote Burgess.
  • Write and distribute press releases, white papers, newsletters, and blog content.
  • Administer customer survey processes and analyze feedback.
  • Plan and manage conference exhibits and tradeshow logistics.
  • Maintain and update the company website; monitor and report web analytics.
  • Organize client award programs and appreciation events.
  • Track and manage the department's marketing budget and expenses.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed (copying, scanning, emailing, etc.).
  • Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications
*Required Skills & Abilities:*

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, ethical, and maintains confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • CRM and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

*Education & Experience:*

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Occasional movement around the office.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, or crouch as needed.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
