Sales Representative
to join our growing team, someone who understands the value of great relationships, can identify opportunities, and knows how to close the deal.

J.R. Boehlke, Inc.
is a trusted full-service contractor specializing in asphalt, concrete, landscape, and snow management. We partner closely with property owners, managers, and developers to preserve the safety, quality, and curb appeal of commercial and residential sites across Southeastern Wisconsin. Our reputation is built on integrity, consistency, and results, and we're looking for people who share that commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships and become the trusted partner for new and existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in asphalt and concrete services.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, highlighting solutions that fit client needs and budgets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent J.R. Boehlke with professionalism and expertise at all client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, estimating, or account management, ideally within the asphalt, concrete, or construction industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding of asphalt and concrete project scopes, pricing, and timelines preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Knowledge of Southeast Wisconsin's commercial property market is a plus.

- Full-time, W-2 Employee.
- Competitive base pay + commission (commensurate with experience).
