Are you looking to build a long-term career in sales, leadership, or business management? We're hiring a Sales Management Trainee (Entry-Level) to join our growing team. This role starts at the entry level with full hands-on training, and offers a structured path toward leadership opportunities in sales, marketing, and team development.

As a Sales Management Trainee, you'll represent top-tier products in a retail setting, learning how to drive results through direct face to face customer engagement, while building the skills needed to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers inside major retail stores.
  • Promote products, answer questions, and provide excellent customer support.
  • Learn to lead by example through daily coaching in sales techniques and customer communication.
  • Support team sales goals while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or leadership.
  • No prior experience required—training is provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • A proactive, career-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
