KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, impairments, and disposals in accordance with GAAP.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records in the ERP system, including additions, disposals, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset subledger and assigned balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including accruals, journal entries, adjustments, and related analysis.
- Partner with Operations and Logistics teams to track and verify company-owned equipment (including HaaS and employee equipment) and support periodic physical inventories.
- Provide reporting and audit support, including property tax filings, sales/use tax and 1099 processing, and responding to audit/tax/parent company requests.
