RallyStop is looking for friendly outgoing team members to join our team.

As a valuable Deli/ Bakery associate to RallyStop Market, you will be able to learn and increase your Deli and Bakery abilities, while continuing to provide superior customer experience to our guests.

Contributions to the team include but are not limited to:

  • Obtaining a food handlers permit
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Following biweekly to maintain proper cleaning
  • Prepare items using proper kitchen equipment, such as a fryer, slicer, oven, freezers, refrigerator and computerized scales.
  • Inform customers of bakery and/or deli specials.
  • Provide customers with fresh products that they have ordered and the correct portion size (or as close as possible to the amount ordered).
  • Rotate stock First in First out.
  • Preparing food in accordance with the food handler's course.
  • Adequately prepare, package, label and merchandise inventory.
  • Check Product quality to ensure freshness by checking for out of date products.
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
  • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying unsafe conditions and notifying store management.
  • Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Standing up to 8 hours
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
