Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson/Manager to join our dealership team. This role combines hands-on sales responsibilities with management duties, requiring a professional who excels in customer service, negotiation, and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively. Multilingual abilities and familiarity with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer engagement and streamline sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and repeat business through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales initiatives
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of high-end sales
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential customers
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, utilizing excellent public speaking and communication skills
  • Negotiate vehicle prices, financing options, and upselling additional products or services to maximize dealership revenue
  • Oversee inventory management and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels for customer needs
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
  • Lead and support the sales team with coaching on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and organizational skills
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication with clients both in person and via outbound calls
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations while providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management, with a strong understanding of retail math and inventory management
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end vehicle deals
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, leads, and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and inventory control systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for broader customer outreach
  • Experience in public speaking and outbound sales strategies such as cold calling or B2B outreach
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in retail sales, upselling techniques, and managing a sales pipeline effectively
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; dealership experience is highly desirable
