This role plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence PACE-Cully Residential Care Facility.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also.
- Experience leading therapeutic group activities, discussions, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies or related fields.
- Coursework/Training: Activity professional certification
- Experience in participant assessments and care planning.
