The Engineering, Test, and Technology (ET&T) Human Resources (HR) team has an exciting opportunity as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Leadership Team in Seattle, WA. This position is a dual Sr HRBP / Strategy and Integration leader for the BT&E HR team.

Key position elements are as follows:

  • BT&E Talent Management Leader, leading and facilitating BTTR (Better Team and Talent Reviews) and leadership of people processes to BT&E Leadership Team to include all executive talent management activities and actions.
  • HRBP to the BT&E Business Operations & Chief Engineer orgs. Acts as HR Director delegate to BT&E LT as needed.
  • Strategy & Integration leader to our ET&T HR team, leading our HR team's operating rhythm and integration of our portfolio org (BT&E/BTI) HR deliverables (project reviews, monthly business updates, staffing deliverables, etc). Function as lead to integrated BTI/BT&E HR team.
  • Engage as ET&T representative to the Manufacturing Operations Councils and drive any projects / deliverables across the broader ET&T organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and build organizational plans; partner with HR Leadership on the development of business strategies, goals and objectives
  • Proactively assist the HRBP team as a broker for HR services in creating requirements for business support initiatives
  • Understand and support the business environment in partnership with the HRBP team
  • Lead insights/business strategy behind HRBP projects
  • Develop and prepare business level requirements in conjunction with HRBP team
  • Translate key ET&T deliverables into actionable plans for multi portfolio organization.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the HR leaders and HRBP team
  • Oversee and project manage programs/events in support of the team including design, logistics, agenda planning, and standard operating rhythm
  • Fully leverage data and predictive people analytics to answer questions and drive out insight that supports the business
  • Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings and talent meetings
  • Review and track performance against priorities, business plans and budget.
  • Develop Operating rhythm, communication plans, tracking status and own standard tools.

  • Demonstrated success with driving and managing organizational integration and change management with positive results
  • Ability to navigate through complex situations and drive to efficient, effective and timely solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist deploying and administering HR programs, policies, practices and processes with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork skills
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs
  • Experience working in a business environment, exerting influence, and partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
  • Experience managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Comprehensive understanding of business priorities and be able to translate them into action plans that drive business results
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data for cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and driving diversity strategies with leadership teams
  • Experience driving creative strategies
  • HR certifications SHRM, CHRM, etc. any designation in HR
  • Experience and passion around embodying the One Boeing Approach to decision making for business partners

Summary pay range: $153,000 - $207,000
