We are a marketing obsessed company that sells health coverage products to seniors.
We are a new company and growing rapidly. While our company is lean we are aggressive toward growth and constantly being the best in the industry. The sales team we are looking to expand currently has 2 full time tenured sales reps and our sales coordinator who's full time job is to make our sales reps have the highest producing booked calls on their calendar. We are looking to grow consistently and profitably to expand our impact on the industry.
We love to work, we are scrappy and put in the work and hours it takes to hit our goals and win for our clients. We have Christian values and uphold them through our culture without exception. We are competitive. We love following proven processes and pushing ourselves to break new records. We firmly believe that sales is about skill, it is not some random numbers game contrary to what many believe. We love learning. Work is a priority in our life. I understand these traits will make us a "no fit" for many. But I know for some I am speaking their language right now and that is the person we are looking for. We have the "rails" for the right person to come in a make a lot of money and be part of a high performing team where they can just focus on becoming a Jedi Master of Sales.
Role: Medicare Insurance Closer/Sales Rep (Remote)
As a Remote Closer you will be responsible for closing calls that get set on your calendar. This is the primary role. With that said we are not looking for prima donna sales people that are too good to create their own opportunity. We will fill your calendar but when no shows occur or other free time happens we expect you to use that time to generate new calls through follow up, working leads, generating referrals. This is a fully remote position so we expect that you have a place where you can take zoom calls with a nice background and show up professionally on camera
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 6-8 sales calls a day with potential clients by following our proven sales process.
- Hit personal and team KPIs set by management that align with the company's growth goals and your personal earning goals.
- Generate new calls by calling through high intent leads of people that have shown interest in working with us but haven't booked a call on their own yet.
- Continuous development of sales skill through training videos, roll play, call reviews, and self development.
- Keep organized notes in our CRM for all calls and contacts in your pipeline.
- Continuous follow up with prospects that didn't close on the initial call in order to hit goals/KPI and maximize your sales pipeline.
- Fill out quantitative and qualitative evaluation questions (5-10min) at the end of every day
- Work closely with your sales lead/ sales manager to proactively avoid ruts and continue to break plateaus so that you can progress to new levels of performance in both close percentage and volume of units sold per month.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Money Motivated
- Intelligent, nimble and logical - able to learn a sales process quickly
- Bold - you will have to ask hard questions and overcome objections to make it on this team

- Can demonstrate excellence in their history
