Position Overview

We're hiring multiple Job Leaders (Foreman) — field leaders who supervise crews on commercial restoration, waterproofing, and painting projects.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing daily site operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and mentoring crew members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead crews of 8 – 25 employees on commercial restoration, waterproofing, painting, or stucco projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Plan and forecast manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct and document daily safety meetings; enforce OSHA standards.
  • Ensure quality control and productivity across all phases of work.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, billing, and project tracking.
  • Identify potential change orders and assist with estimating additional work.
  • Mentor and train crew members; promote a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Perform or oversee specialty skills such as swing-stage setup, stucco repair, window installation, or advanced carpentry.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification.
  • 3 – 10+ years of progressive field experience in restoration, waterproofing, or exterior construction.
  • Proven leadership experience supervising multiple crews or projects.
  • Strong understanding of specifications, sequencing, and safety compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management.
  • Familiarity with equipment maintenance, scaffolding, and high-reach operation.
