The Opportunity

We're leading the rollout of LemonEdge, a next-generation fund accounting and portfolio management platform, for one of our investment management clients.

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead this initiative end-to-end — from data migration and configuration through user adoption and process optimization.

You'll work closely with Controllers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the platform not only works — but transforms how the firm operates day-to-day.

Over time, this role has the potential to expand into AI-driven transformation, helping the client evolve toward Agentic AI and data intelligence solutions built by Zero to 1.

What You'll Do


• Lead the full implementation of LemonEdge — from setup and configuration to user rollout


• Partner with Controllers and fund accounting teams to design and optimize workflows


• Oversee data migration, integration, and quality assurance


• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across technical and business teams


• Drive change management and training for successful adoption


• Define and track success metrics, ensuring measurable business impact


• Collaborate with the Zero to 1 leadership team to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight layers post-implementation

What You Bring


• Proven experience with fund accounting platforms (LemonEdge, eFront, Allvue, Investran, or similar)


• Strong background in project or program management within financial services or fund administration


• Understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams


• Comfort working in dynamic, client-facing environments


• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
