  • One based in the Charlottesville area (must be able to commute to job sites).
  • One based in the Petersburg area (must be able to commute to job sites).

Position Summary

As an HVAC Foreman at Green Air, you'll lead the charge on commercial and residential projects, ensuring our teams deliver top-quality installations safely and on schedule. This isn't just about managing tasks—it's about setting the standard for excellence and mentoring the next generation of HVAC professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Crew: Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities for HVAC installations.
  • Safety First: Enforce all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Plan & Execute: Review drawings, schedules, and materials to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Project Manager and General Contractor.
  • Mentor: Train and guide junior mechanics and apprentices to develop their skills.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure tools, equipment, and job sites are organized and compliant.

What You Bring

  • 5+ Years of Experience: in commercial HVAC or large-scale construction.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Safety Mindset: OSHA certifications preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and app-based construction tools.
