HOMEstretch is a fast-growing home preparation company that helps homeowners and real estate agents get homes market-ready with one call. Our services include junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, cleaning, and light handyman work. We're looking for an experienced, organized, hands-on Project Manager to help lead our growing operations in Fort Wayne.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Field Management
- Manage multiple home-prep projects from start to finish
- Create schedules, assign subcontractors, and ensure materials/tools are ready
- Conduct job site visits, quality checks, and final walk-throughs
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on time and on budget
Client Communication
- Communicate regularly with homeowners and real estate agents
- Provide project updates, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure a smooth, professional client experience
Subcontractor Coordination
- Recruit, schedule, and manage subcontractors for painting, flooring, cleaning, landscaping, and handyman tasks
- Maintain strong working relationships with reliable subcontractor partners
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with another Project Manager to maintain consistency in quality, communication, and standards
- Provide problem-solving support and help keep workflow organized
- Share best practices and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Hands-On Work (as needed)
- Light handyman tasks, paint touch-ups, clear-outs, and small site tasks
- Occasional support with junk removal or landscaping tasks
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of project management or operational management experience
- Experience in construction, home improvement, property management, real estate, or home services
- Strong communication skills — must be responsive via text, email, and phone
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident using checklists and procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of visiting job sites
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform light hands-on tasks when needed
- Comfortable working in homes at various stages of repair/renovation
Preferred
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Handyman, GC, or renovation experience
- Real estate industry knowledge
- Strong understanding of cosmetic improvements (paint, flooring, finishes, etc.)
- Experience leading or supporting a small team
Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed based on project load
- Local travel within Fort Wayne required; mileage can be discussed
