We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Automation, particularly with expertise in Robot Framework with RIDE or PyCharm tool and basic knowledge of Python Scripting. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of Dynamics 365, strong verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with application and business teams to gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end flow and data required to test applications.

  2. Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs, integrating them into our automation suite.

  3. Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

  4. Utilize knowledge of Agile processes to contribute effectively to the development lifecycle.

  5. Analyse requirements to derive software quality control test cases and establish QA testing standards and processes.

  6. Write detailed test cases and scripts based on defined business specifications; execute test cases and report progress and defect status concisely.

  7. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans, leveraging various test estimation techniques for optimal coverage and efficiency.

  8. Ensure requirements traceability within the team and identify areas for improvement.

  9. Prepare and manage complex test environments and test data conditions.

  10. Take a solution-oriented approach and identify complete end-to-end testing needs involving multiple parts of a product and system.

  11. Design and manage automated test approaches for projects, ensuring the automation of manual tests using suitable tools and frameworks.

  12. Review and approve the Integration Test Plan and Procedures produced by the product Quality Solution Expert/QE Lead.

  13. Validate the completion of Integrated Testing.

  14. Consult with development engineers to resolve problems and suggest functional solutions.

  15. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, bringing a strong and innovative approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.

  16. Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess strong client interaction skills.

  17. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures, both manual and automated.
