Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow Account Managers and participate in client-facing and internal meetings to gain real-world exposure
- Support data management initiatives and assist with special projects across teams
- Assist with social media, digital marketing, and other marketing-related efforts
- Collaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professional
