Production Material Planning

Plan, schedule, and monitor production orders to align with OEM call-offs and internal capacity.

Ensure material availability supports uninterrupted production and customer delivery performance.

Utilize SAP S/4HANA MRP tools and IDP dashboards for daily and short-term planning accuracy.

Master Data & System Integrity

Maintain and audit BOMs, routings, work centers, and lead times for data accuracy.

Collaborate with engineering and master data teams to ensure production versions are current and aligned.

Support the rollout and enhancement of SAP/MES functionalities for planning and traceability.

Capacity & Resource Planning

Partner with corporate planning and OEM counterparts on multi-year capacity models and site loading.

Analyze resource constraints and support decisions for equipment, headcount, and shift structure.

Support pre-launch and ramp-up activities to ensure readiness for full-volume production.

Performance Tracking & KPI Management

Monitor and report Days on Hand, schedule adherence, and planning accuracy.

Provide visibility to production and logistics performance through IDP dashboards and Power BI reporting.

Identify root causes for schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional & IT Support

Collaborate with IT on SAP/MES enhancements and digital integration projects.

Support EWM and MRP integration testing, ensuring media-break-free call-off and replenishment processes.

Provide planning input to system upgrades and configuration changes impacting operations.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related technical field.

2+ years of experience in production material planning, or related manufacturing role.

Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems

Familiarity with planning tools such as MRP, scheduling boards, or capacity planning software.

Exposure to JIT/JIS or automotive manufacturing environments a plus, but not mandatory.
