Red Raider Outfitter has been serving the Texas Tech community for over 50 years. We're a family and alumni-owned business, powered by passionate students and staff who love this university as much as our fan's do. We're growing our ecommerce team and looking for someone who's ready to wear many hats — and maybe a few jerseys.

This isn't your average retail gig — it's a behind-the-scenes + frontlines role where you'll support our online customers, help process and ship online orders, move in to stores to help run registers on a game day , and keep things running smoothly during our busiest seasons.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answer customer phone calls and emails with a helpful, upbeat attitude
  • Help Red Raider fans with order questions, exchanges, and shipping issues
  • Pick, pack, and ship online orders quickly and accurately
  • Restock inventory and help keep the warehouse area organized
  • Jump in wherever needed — we're a team, and every role matters
  • Bonus: assist with product listings or online content (we'll train you)

What We're Looking For:

  • Clear communicator with a friendly voice (on the phone and in writing)
  • Comfortable with computers (email, spreadsheets, basic order systems)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to hustle when it gets busy
  • Can lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet when needed
  • Reliable, motivated, and ready to rep the brand with pride

Extra Points If You Have:

  • Experience in retail, order fulfillment, or customer service

The Details:

  • Pay: $14–$18/hour depending on experience
  • Full-time preferred (Part-time considered for the right fit)

Application Question(s):

  • Our busiest season outside of football is November through December, and extra support is essential during this time. This role includes scheduled shifts from November 1 through Christmas Eve to ensure all Red Raider gifts are delivered in time for the holidays. Please note: We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, early on Christmas Eve, and on Christmas Day.
