Bartender/Server

We're looking for an energetic, personable, and knowledgeable Bartender to join our team at Dreadnought Brewing. You'll be the face of our taproom - serving craft beer, engaging with guests, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Pour and serve beer from our rotating tap list with confidence and care
• Educate guests on our beer styles, brewing process, and food pairings
• Take and process food orders (including Indian menu offerings)
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and taproom area
• Handle payments and operate the Toast POS system
• Check IDs to ensure all patrons are 21+
• Assist in opening, closing, and restocking
• Help create a fun, inclusive, and professional environment
• Support special events, tastings, and promotions as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21+
• MAST Permit (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) required or willing to obtain
• Food Handler's Card (WA State) preferred
• Previous bar or taproom experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Passion for craft beer and local community
