Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits of financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Prepare reports for management detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
