You Are
A seasoned Sales Leader and Industry Expert who will drive business growth by leading strategic sales initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, and building strong client relationships. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding business within existing accounts, and delivering innovative solutions to organizations with annual revenues ranging from $5B to $15B+.
The Opportunity
- Lead sales campaigns, offers, and initiatives to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Drive pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence using tools like MS Dynamics and HubSpot.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business and technical needs to deliver high-ROI solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to strengthen relationships and expand UST's footprint.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, best practices, and integrated solutions.
- Evangelize UST's offerings through thought leadership content and industry insights.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation.
- Optimize sales costs and investments to ensure profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and solutions.
- Champion innovation to deliver differentiated value to clients.
- Develop alternate financial models and benchmarks to demonstrate business impact.

What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree or related years of experience.
- At least 15 years in sales, business development, or client engagement roles
- Experience working with large enterprise clients ($5B+ in annual revenue)
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and building strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and solution selling
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Strong understanding of IT services and outsourcing
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools
- Technical awareness and business insight
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

: $174,000-261,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
