What You'll Do

We're seeking multiple part-time Sales Associates who will serve as key-holders responsible for store operations during their shifts. As a key-holder, you'll open and close the store independently, manage the register, and handle any issues that arise on your watch. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our brand values
  • Welcome customers warmly, offer personalized product recommendations, and assist with store navigation
  • Contribute positively to achieving sales goals and team objectives
  • Develop and maintain expertise in our complete product range
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and ensure proper opening/closing procedures

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a sales associate in an apparel retail environment
  • Punctual and dependable: if you're scheduled, we're counting on you to be there, on time, ready to work
  • Strong attention to detail in everything from merchandising and inventory to transactions and store presentation
  • Availability for weekend and evening shifts
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support where needed
  • Adaptability and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
