Internship Overview:
Our Intern Program is a 3-month experience that will provide you an opportunity to gain knowledge about Reliance Standards' business, mission, and culture. The RSL Internship program is designed to provide participants an experience in an extremely dynamic environment through collaboration and interaction with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other interns. Outside of your specific 'department focus' for the internship, you will learn soft skills to help you succeed no matter which career path you take. This is a paid internship opportunity.
Internship Requirements:
Working toward at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited University
Insurance industry experience a plus
Professional attitude and strong communication skills
A solid work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed
Motivation to gain experience in a corporate environment
The expected hiring range for this position is $ $21.03 hourly for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
