This program is perfect for students or recent grads who are curious about the inner workings of restaurant operations, leadership, and hospitality management—and who thrive in environments where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

  • Jump into daily restaurant operations—supporting service, organization, and guest experience.
  • Rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house departments to understand how every detail connects.
  • Partner with seasoned managers, chefs, and supervisors to learn the business from every angle.
  • Take part in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and team huddles that bring hospitality to life.
  • Contribute to special projects that improve operations, culture, and guest engagement.
  • Embody the Atlas spirit—professionalism, teamwork, energy, and a passion for people.

Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excited to learn, ask questions, and roll up your sleeves.
  • Great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because that's when the magic happens.
