We're seeking a Learning Partner to join our Organizational Development team. This role is central to building a culture of proactive, continuous learning at GoTu. The Learning Partner will act as a strategic consultant and builder, aligning learning programs with business strategy, enabling leaders and teams, and ensuring we have the skills needed to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically Develop Learning Programs: Partner with leaders to identify and align learning initiatives with our company's Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), Rocks, and overarching business strategy.
  • Design & Deliver Training: Create engaging asynchronous courses (leveraging tools like Articulate360, CourseBox, HeyGen) and facilitate live workshops to drive adoption of new skills and behaviors.
  • Manage Our Learning Library: Curate and maintain a well-organized and easily accessible library of training resources that supports continuous learning across the organization.
  • Enable Organizational Execution: Support EOS optimization and execution by embedding learning practices into our operating system.
  • Champion a Proactive Learning Culture: Act as an internal consultant, using our Prosci change management framework to foster a proactive learning environment and ensure the successful adoption of all learning and development initiatives.

Key Competencies:

  • 3–8 years of experience in corporate Learning & amp; Development or a related role, with strong instructional design and facilitation background.
  • Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate360, CourseBox, HeyGen).
  • Strong ability to partner with leaders at all levels, from team managers to executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
