Seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to support the Digital Transformation team. This role will act as a liaison to the NA GSC and will constantly communicate with the Corporate DTIT team. This cross-functional position will interact with several Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Business organizations, as well as will use their project management and analytical skills to accelerate Lenovo's transformation journey and help create the Supply Chain of the future. Reporting to the NA Sr. Digital Transformation Manager, this role has a great learning and growing opportunity.

The ideal candidate knows how to or has an idea on how to use decision augmentation/automation, 'what if' simulation, and AI modeling as their daily analytical activities. Analyzing data and recommending solutions/decision is extremely important for the business to achieve better results faster. In Supply Chain, making informed decisions (actionable insights) is crucial to reduce risks and therefore improve efficiency and increase of the business.

Required Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Working Knowledge of Supply Chain: Customer Fulfillment and Order to Cash Processes, Demand Planning, MRP, Category/Commodity Management, Supplier Relationships, Logistics, Procurement and Sourcing, Warehousing, and Inventory Management.

  • Schedule flexibility: interact with global team members in different time zones as require.
  • Communications - comfortable listening and speaking to large groups.
  • Project Management: keep projects execution moving and ambition to deliver impressive results.
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
  • Process Mapping
  • MS Office – pivot tables/macros/clear and effective presentations
  • Experience with SAP – S4 HANA
  • Data visualization and dashboarding tools (Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI experience a plus)
  • No-Code or Low-Code Automation solutions (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / Power Automate / RPA)
  • Database Experience - SQL queries
  • ML Experience (Python, Java) and exposure to AI-related tools
  • Forecasting/predictive/quantitative analysis and pattern recognition
