Associate Project Manager

Red Nucleus is hiring an Associate Project Manager to join our global team This is a hybrid role and candidates need to be commutable to our Yardley, PA office.

Red Nucleus is the leading provider of strategic learning, performance, and process solutions for the life sciences industry.

The types of projects we work on are diverse, spanning from pre-launch to post-launch positions of a brand lifecycle, across multiple audiences.

Examples include

• Design and development of new drug and medical device launch curricula for sales representative and medical science liaison audiences
• Patient journey videos
• Interactive MOA animations
• Designing virtual clinical environments in which learners interact with HCPs and patients
• Workshop design, development, and live support for new product launches, national sales meetings, and plan-of-action meetings
  Patient, HCP, and KOL podcasts

As an Associate Project Manager at Red Nucleus, you will support the development of digital learning solutions and live workshops, including key steps in tactical development, timeline development, and financial management. You will observe how to develop strong and productive client relationships from experienced, well-respected professionals. The APM plays a key role by providing project support to help ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet Red Nucleus quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the process for submitting deliverables for client and medical/legal/regulatory review
• Support execution of audio and video recordings used in learning solutions
• Run financial reports, process invoices, and receipts
• Support timeline development and management
• Create/update client status reports
  Provide team support for business development proposals and pitch presentations as well as general project execution

About You

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
• Ability to work part-time in our Yardley, PA office when needed for training, A/V shoots, and client meetings
• Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to independently, proactively, and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• A high level of motivation, adaptability, curiosity, and the capability to deal with pressure positively
• The ability to consistently project a friendly, upbeat, professional attitude and image
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to client meetings/events
  Experience with/exposure to project management, creative/instructional content development, graphic design, programming, media creation, content editing, and/or quality assurance is a plus
