Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, lead a team of quality assurance professionals, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance product quality. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal and external standards.
• Utilize statistical process control tools to monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee document control processes to ensure all quality-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote quality awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
• Manage equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate testing and inspections.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in auditing and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and data analysis methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with document control systems and quality management software.
