We are seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our hospital team in Valencia CA. This is a part-time/PRN position. We are a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center known for our highly respected cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, an acute rehab unit which helps individuals regain their independence, growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care services, highly attentive physical, occupational & speech therapies, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.You will plan speech rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' communication and speech disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to target speech and language goals.
  • Administer therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of clients' progress.
  • AHA BLS require

Qualifications:

  • Speech Language Pathologist Licensure in good standing in California.
  • CPR and first aid certification required
