Summary

We are seeking a full time or part time energetic optician to join our dynamic sales team, The perfect fit will strive for exceptional customer service. Sales and customer service experience is a must, optical experience is a plus but we are ready to train the right person. Job requirements:- Sales experience.- Customer service excellence.- Professional and reliable.- Self motivated.- Effective communication skills,-Computer skills. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
  • Support the sales team by achieving individual sales goals and contributing to overall store performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of optical products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Assist with inventory management and product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the eye care team to ensure seamless patient care from examination to purchase.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail environments.
  • Knowledge of optical products and services is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical record management is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of retail math and inventory systems is beneficial.
