We are excited to announce that a Biological Analyst position is available for a qualified applicant in laboratory. Primary duties include microscopic specimen analysis, density-gradient cellular purification, cryopreservation procedures, QA/QC duties and additional laboratory responsibilities as assigned/required. The chosen candidate will work in a laboratory team environment, with responsibilities rotating from assisting, and collaborating.

Additional responsibilities will include rotating administrative tasks, including donor recruitment efforts and other non-lab tasks. This position offers a great opportunity to learn more about the expanding field of fertility science while working as part of a personable and talented team.

The ideal candidate:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a life science, preferably Biology
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Possesses knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Has excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
• Is willing to learn phlebotomy procedures or licensed to practice
• Is able to work rotating Saturdays
• Has previous experience with quality control in a CLIA-certified lab
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Has the ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Is willing to work with liquid nitrogen and comply with safety standards
• Is willing to contribute to donor recruitment efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
