Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Irvine, California. The Associate Vice Chancellor of Administration will oversee strategic and operational functions to ensure efficient performance across the organization. Responsibilities include leading administrative initiatives, developing and implementing organizational policies, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to support the research activities at UCI, while fostering innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Advanced degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse team
  • Knowledge and familiarity with higher education institutions and research environments.
