Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Cleaner (Independent Contractor) to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that our clients' environments are safe, sanitary, and welcoming. This position offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and other business environments.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and clean restrooms to meet hygiene standards.
  • Handle trash removal and waste disposal efficiently and responsibly.
  • Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors or clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every task performed.

Experience

  • Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to office buildings, retail stores, or industrial spaces is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your own schedule effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
