Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic busser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a busser, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, providing excellent customer support.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.
  • Assist with training new staff members as needed.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a busser or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills for order entry and management.
  • Experience in sales or client services is advantageous, along with analysis skills for understanding guest preferences.
  • Familiarity with call center experience or outbound calling can enhance guest interaction capabilities.
