What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Driving: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
  • Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift more than 50lbs).
  • Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.

Qualifications:

  • Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.
  • Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license.
  • Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving responsibilities in a commercial setting.
  • Hands-on experience operating small box trucks or junk dump truck vehicles with
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving items safely and efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; clean driving record required.
