Overview

We are a fast growing medical device startup with a revolutionary device used in laparodcopic and robotic surgery. More than 8000 per month have surgery with our new device and growing. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience with Design control documentation as well as some experience with medical device manufacturing and development. Pay is dependent on experience. Although we are early, there is room to grow, employee equity incentives, and bonuses. Come join us.

  • Assist in development and design process in accordance with ISO and FDA standards.
  • Conduct product testing, and help create manufacturing procedure documentation, build tooling, build prototypes and source components
  • Create FMEA and execute the validation and verification requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Help design and build manufacturing equipment and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage projects related to engineering projects and product enhancements and ensure timely completion of objectives.
  • Present findings to management for decision-making purposes.

Skills

  • Background in engineering and/or manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments and as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $70, $100,000.00 per year
