Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our Life & Annuity customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective project management abilities and the capacity to analyze performance metrics to drive team success. As a Call Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our team meets performance goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the call center team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, sales, and negotiation.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align call center objectives with overall company goals.
  • Prepare reports on call center performance for senior management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven 7-9 years experience in a leadership role within a call center or customer service environment Life Insurance & Annuity or Financial or Health industry .
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the capability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Solid analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68, $98,000.00 per year
