We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Claims + PromoMats Content Specialist to support our content management operations within Veeva Vault. In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of product claims, ensuring their accuracy across the approval process. You will maintain the claims register, prep source files/anchors, create and link Claims to References in Vault, run librarian QC, and keep materials moving to MLR on time—without using bulk-load tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization of provided product claims using the Veeva Claims object
- Independently transfer clinical or regulatory input into standardized Claims Object templates based on client-provided documents, creating AMA style citations.
- Ensure claims are accurately substantiated and appropriately anchor to supporting documents or references
- Monitor and report on claim status through the review and approval process
- Collaborate with Account, Regulatory and Project Managers to make sure claims are approved on time
- Runs QC alongside Claims Librarian per batch in Veeva Vault
