The Finance organization is on a multi-year journey to modernize the technology platforms that enable our processes. We are focused on strengthening data governance, modernizing applications, consolidating data platforms, and leveraging Cloud capabilities to drive efficiency and scalability. 

As Manager, Finance Technology Strategy & Project Management, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the Finance Technology roadmap. You'll support a portfolio of Finance Technology initiatives, lead the annual budget and investment process, and collaborate on key Finance initiatives across Finance, Product, and Technology to deliver transformative outcomes that align with our modernization goals. 

How will you make an impact in this role?

·

Lead the annual Finance Technology investment process, translating strategic guidance into clear, actionable communications for stakeholders across Product and Technology. 

·

Manage and report on the Finance Technology portfolio, including spend analysis, budget management, and prepare executive-level presentations. 

·

Define and drive project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines; establish measurable outcomes and success metrics. 

·

Build governance and communication structures that ensure transparency and alignment in a matrixed organization. 

·

Maintain and manage key project artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and compliance with enterprise standards. 

·

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to manage requirements, plans, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. 

·

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Technology Leads to update roadmaps, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks. 

·

Deliver clear, concise project status reports and executive presentations that highlight progress, risks, and key decisions. 

·

Operate in an Agile environment, supporting ceremonies and promoting iterative delivery. 

·

Coordinate testing and implementation activities across Technology, Process Owners, and Test Managers. 

·

Foster strong partnerships across Finance, Technology, and other business areas to ensure seamless execution and shared success.

Minimum Qualifications:

·

5+ years of project management experience leading large, complex initiatives 

·

3+ years of experience in Finance, Product, or Process management roles 

·

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics or related fields

·

Strong understanding of Finance systems, processes, and dependencies 

·

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives 

·

Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels 

·

Familiarity with Agile principles and delivery practices 

·

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

·

Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

·

Track record of driving process improvements and delivering results independently 

Preferred Qualifications:

·

Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and core Finance processes 

·

Experience managing budgets and reporting on budget vs. actuals 

·

Exposure to Data Warehousing, Data Management, or related technology programs 

·

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification 

·

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 

·

Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) 

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
