Pay Range: $20-$23 (hourly, W2)

Major job duties:

  • Responsible for managing and updating Salesforce through the completion of the following tasks:
  • Tracking of RTC (Return to Customer) orders
  • Tracking of credit memos

Position Summary:

The
Temporary Order Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and processing customer orders using Salesforce, Fishbowl Inventory and Oracle-based systems.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order flow from entry to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer purchase orders into Fishbowl and Oracle order management systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review order information for completeness, pricing accuracy, and correct product data.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve order discrepancies or missing information.
  • Update and maintain order records in both systems to ensure data consistency.
  • Assist with importing/exporting order data between Fishbowl and Oracle as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks related to order entry and fulfillment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience working with integrated systems (e.g., Fishbowl to QuickBooks or Oracle).
  • Familiarity with sales order workflows in manufacturing or inventory-driven operations.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
