Key Responsibilities:
- Handle AR/AP processes, invoice tracking, payment review, and Contract Upward Approval & Contracts;
- Budgeting processes,perform business tracking, forecasting, and operational analysis to support decision-making;
- Communication and coordination with headquarters;provide effective exegesis on and ensure the adherence to all promulgated financial policies and mandates
- Handle ad-hoc business inquiries;Actively respond to various temporary data and analysis needs from business departments or management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance or accounting;
- Strong communication, coordination, and pressure resistance skills;
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus and will be considered an
added advantage;
- High level of initiative, proactive approach, and results-oriented mindset.
