Position Title: Full Stack - Solution Architect

Position Overview

In this role, you will architect and ensure the successful implementation of appropriate end-to-end solutions to address business and technical needs of our organization. You should be able to facilitate design decisions based on recommended practices across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, licensing, storage, and change management.

You will leverage your expertise across functional and technical disciplines including Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, Azure cloud services, Teams development, Office integration, AI Agent development, Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations, and comprehensive application integration strategies to deliver enterprise-grade full stack solutions.

Required Qualifications

You should have a strong foundation in the following areas:

• 10+ years of experience in full stack architecture and implementation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, Teams development, and Office integration
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric for unified analytics, including data engineering, data warehousing, real-time analytics, and Power BI integration
• Comprehensive knowledge of Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure AI services
• Strong proficiency in AI Agent development and orchestration, including autonomous agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation
• Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture, implementation patterns, and integration strategies
• Comprehensive knowledge of application integration techniques including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and enterprise service buses
• Proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies across modern technology stacks
• Deep understanding of data modeling principles with Dataverse, SQL, and NoSQL databases, and integration techniques with various systems and tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of security modeling, authentication/authorization patterns (including Entra ID, OAuth, SAML), and options for protecting data and functionality
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform Solution Architect, or Fabric Analytics Engineer (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

As our Full Stack Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level full stack solutions with AI Agent capabilities across Microsoft ecosystem
• Architecting and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop flows), Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio
• Designing and implementing Microsoft Fabric solutions for unified data analytics, including lakehouses, data warehouses, data pipelines, and real-time analytics
• Building SharePoint Online solutions including modern sites, SPFx web parts, custom lists and libraries, content types, and information architecture
• Developing Microsoft Teams solutions including custom tabs, bots, messaging extensions, and meeting apps using Teams Toolkit
• Creating Office Add-ins and integrations across Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications
• Architecting Azure cloud solutions leveraging PaaS and serverless technologies including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure AI services
• Architecting and deploying AI Agent systems including conversational AI, intelligent automation, and autonomous decision-making agents
• Implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions to enable seamless context sharing and communication between AI systems and applications
• Leading application integration initiatives across diverse technology stacks, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability between Microsoft and third-party systems
• Designing and implementing microservices architectures, API gateways, and event-driven systems
• Integrating AI and machine learning capabilities including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and custom ML models into full stack applications
• Architecting cloud-native solutions with emphasis on scalability, resilience, and performance optimization
• Implementing security best practices including Entra ID integration, conditional access, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Establishing best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for full stack development, Power Platform, and Azure integration
• Mentoring development teams and providing technical leadership on complex projects
• Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Staying current with emerging technologies in AI, MCP, Microsoft ecosystem updates, and full stack development
