I'm helping one of the most respected and stable large healthcare systems in Connecticut grow their Epic team. They're investing heavily in optimization, new workflows, Heart & Vascular initiatives, and continuous platform improvements. This is a full-time role with long-term stability, strong leadership support, and real opportunities to develop your skill set across new modules over time.

And yes — this role is fully remote. Not hybrid. Not "remote with occasional travel."

This is Fully remote.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll be working as part of a collaborative Epic team focused on:
  • Building, configuring, and supporting the Epic Cupid module (Radiant experience also valuable)
  • Optimization work and upcoming upgrades
  • Working directly with clinical stakeholders and the Heart & Vascular Institute
  • Cross-team collaboration with informatics, clinical leadership, and application teams
  • Participating in testing, training, workflow refinement, and ongoing enhancement work
  • You'll have real ownership in shaping improvements that impact clinical efficiency and patient care.

What They're Looking For

  • Epic Cupid certification preferred (Radiant experience also considered)
  • Strong hands-on build/configuration experience
  • 4+ years in application analysis, ideally in a healthcare environment
  • Someone who can communicate well with both clinicians and IT teams
  • If you've ever found yourself saying, "I'd love to actually influence how workflows run instead of just fixing tickets," — this team gets that.

Why This Team

  • One of the largest and most advanced healthcare networks in the region
  • Financially stable and continuously growing
  • Leadership that supports training, certification expansion, and cross-module learning
  • Clear opportunities to grow into senior, lead, or cross-functional roles over time
