Overview

We're looking for experienced, reliable house cleaners to join our growing team in South Florida (Miami area). As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom to choose your own schedule, work directly with clients, and get paid weekly via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cleaning of residential properties — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing.
  • Handle light laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes.
  • Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and address their specific cleaning requests.
  • Maintain a clear schedule to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Use your cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional residential cleaning experience (minimum 3 years required).
  • Must work as a 1099 independent contractor.
  • Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a smartphone for job scheduling and communication.
  • Background check required (conducted before onboarding).
  • General Liability Insurance is required — we can guide you on how to obtain it if you don't have it yet.
  • Must be professional, punctual, and take pride in quality work.

Compensation & Perks

  • Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience and job type).
  • Schedule: Flexible — choose your own hours.
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposits.
  • Location: South Florida, primarily Miami and surrounding areas.
