We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Manager (SAP Superuser / Data Analyst) in Charlotte, NC, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional skilled in SAP, Power BI, and analytics who thrives on improving visibility, accuracy, and performance across logistics and inventory operations.
 

The role focuses on turning operational data into actionable insights delivering accurate, real-time metrics through Power BI to support data-based decision-making and process improvement across the site.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
• Schedule: Shift: 1st: Monday-Friday: 7:00am – 4:00 pm (weekends as needed)

The Manager Customer Logistics (SAP Superuser/ Data Analyst) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Essential Functions

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
