We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to work in our Job Cost Department. This role will be based out of our Headquarters in Branchburg NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Entering budgets and job setup information.
  • Help review the status of ongoing projects.
  • Prepare reports and present data to management.
  • Work with project managers to complete job cost reports.
  • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail; process oriented, with excellent judgement skills are essential.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups & Macros).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
