Job Overview

Customer Development Advisor

Responsible for creating customer and market development strategies in support of the corporation's strategic plan.

  • Facilitates cross-functional teams of executives, managers and employees to support customer and market development strategies.
  • Uses advanced customer relationship management (CRM) technology to analyze customer data to perform market segmentation, predictive modeling, customer scenario planning, and to prioritize business requirements and build customer and business process flows.
  • Provides strategic recommendations for population-level customer acquisition and development in support of the organization's goals to grow volume and market share and fulfill the organization's vision, mission and strategic imperatives.

Education

  • Master's Degree Business Administration or Marketing with three ( 3) years leadership in marketing or business development
  • Bachelor's Level Degree ( Business, Marketing preferred) with six (6) to eight ( 8) years experience in Strategic Marketing and business development

Certification/Licensure

  • No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

  • Master's Degree Business Administration or Marketing with three ( 3) years leadership in marketing or business development
  • Bachelor's Level Degree ( Business, Marketing preferred) with six (6) to eight ( 8) years experience in Strategic Marketing and business development
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing and business development, and a demonstrated proficiency analyzing customer databases and population health data and translating data into effective CRM strategies
  • Demonstrated ability working with CRM platforms and related technology. Experience in successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, market analysis, financial analysis, budget planning across multiple business units
  • Experience in high technology marketing and digital marketing is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to elicit support and enthusiasm from corporate executives, managers, employees, and supporting departments to effectively implement the corporate vision and mission through divisional or business specific units.
